1. Which menstrual cup size to choose?
Most people can wear either size Lena Cup but choose one over the other primarily based on flow amount, cervix height during menstruation and general physique.
2. How to clean your Lena Cup Menstrual Cup:
I never thought I could use a cup instead pads....now I just regret all those pads I threw away on the trash up to today. I had couple days to adapt the best folding technique and cup position and that was all! I just loved it!
I had a diva cup which was just a little uncomfortable. This definitely is a way better fit and much more comfortable!
Due to the thickness of the cup I literally cannot get it in. I recently tried emailing the company that made the cup but they can’t do anything. I would honestly like a different cup or a refund.
I ordered this cup to replace my old one, but unfortunately found it to protrude slightly on the heaviest days of my period, like my old cup. After doing a little research, I learned how to measure the length of my cervix and discovered that I have a rather “low” cervix, meaning that this cup is slightly too long for me. It seems that women with a low cervix do better with shorter cups, whereas this cup would be perfect for a woman with an average to slightly low cervix. A shame for me, because the cup is quite pleasant to use. The silicone is smooth and soft to the touch, and the cup is quite flexible and easy to insert, while still firm enough to hold its shape. I would definitely recommend this product, with the caveat that uncertain women should measure their cervix first.
