Didn't do much for us (group of 3) except make us smell like lovely citronella

I had really high hopes for this bug off stick! It smells really strongly of citronella even after it's been applied to skin and lays on SO smoothly.
But the three people in my hiking party on a very long hike all ended up with tons of mosquito bites despite a generous slathering with this stick in the areas that were bitten.

I love the scent, jaja. I use this regularly when I am gardening. It seems to work just fine for me.

I really didn’t get to use it that much to see if it worked effectively. But i like the fact it was natural
