My favorite toner!

I used to use Thayer's witch hazel and rose water and LOVED it, so when I switched over to more ethical and eco friendly products, I wanted to find something with the smell of rose that hydrated my skin without causing it to break out. When I tried a sample kit from Eco root with this toner, I fell in love! It hydrates and smells WONDERFUL and does not cause breakouts. I highly recommend!
