Love the texture, smell and it doesn't clog my pores! Best of all does the job and I know I’m protected from the sun with a safe plastic-free product!!
I love this sunscreen!! I have been in 75* weather all week, and have gotten a nice glow without the burn. I also love that it is safer for the ocean. If we need to intrude in its naturalness, the least we can do is take each precaution to not harm it.
It is very oily, a little goes a very long way. It leaves my skin a little purple. Love that there’s a lot of product, love the zero waste. If you have dark skin or melanin undertone, this product will make you that purple/pale look
I had major problems with my skin from burns on my face (from a professional skincare company's product long ago) and this sunscreen does NOT hurt my skin. In fact, it is very healing to my skin. It goes on smoothly and a little bit goes a long way.
I’ve been looking for a good reef safe/eco friendly sunscreen and I wanted to like this one.. but I won’t be purchasing it again. It’s green tinted -matcha color) which I’m sure is good to cover up redness but I had to tug at my skin to apply it/rub it in, not good for sensitive skin. It leaves you looking somehow a bit more green, white, and purple all at the same time as well as greasy/shiny. Also I work at a medical office so I have to wear a mask at all times, I put the sunscreen on right before I leave the house and drive 40 minutes to work and it STILL tacky/sticky when I have to put my mask on, which is uncomfortable to say the least. It does feel less sticky over time but then it just feels greasy. Not good for everyday use, you definitely know that it’s there, maybe better for a beach day or for the body? I like the tin though so I’ll give it two stars for eco conscious effort
